Basic Information
Can I tour my home before moving in?
Yes, we offer virtual and in-person tours of our townhomes. An on-site team member is available every day from 9am-6pm to review availability and show the exact home for rent or a model townhome of each floor plan. If those times don’t work for you, we also offer self-guided tours that you can schedule on our website!
Is parking included within my rent?
Our community townhomes provide spacious two-car garages on the first floor of each townhome. The garage measurements are 20’2″ x 19’6″.
What are your lease terms?
Viewpoint at Murfreesboro offers 12 – 24 month lease terms with an opportunity to renew your lease for an extended annual term. You may review Adoor Property Management’s additional lease terms here.

What's included in my Resident Benefits Package?
Viewpoint at Murfreesboro’s resident benefit package includes high-speed wifi, lawn care, smart hub access, on-site maintenance, amenity access, valet trash, pest control, a one-time late fee forgiveness waiver, and resident discounts from local businesses.
How do I pay my utilities?
You will set up your utilities through the providers listed on your utility quote sheet or emailed welcome letter. All payments will be paid directly through them and not to our community.
What appliances are included within my townhome?
Viewpoint at Murfreesboro offers two floor plan options, a 3bed / 2.5bath and 4bed / 3.5bath townhome. Within your townhome you will receive a stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher, electric range stove and oven, ductless over-range microwave, and full-size washer and dryer.
Additional Fees
Are pets allowed?
Yes, we love our furry friends at Viewpoint at Murfreesboro! Our pet fee is $300 per pet and pet rent is $40 per month, per pet. You may review Adoor Property Management’s pet requirements and breed restrictions here.
How do I apply?
You can apply directly from Viewpoint at Murfreesboro’s community website. We are waiving our $55 application fee and $199 move-in fee for a limited time. You may review Adoor Property Management’s application requirements here.
Do I pay for trash services?
Viewpoint at Murfreesboro offers valet trash services that pick-up directly from your front door! Enjoy the luxuries of staying warm from the comfort of your own home while our dedicated valet trash team handles your bagged items. *Scheduling and trash restrictions may apply.

Viewpoint at Murfreesboro warmly welcomes families at every stage of life! You’ll love the convenience of being just minutes from Overall Creek Elementary and Rockvale Elementary, Rockvale Middle School, and Rockvale High School.
Is there a grocery store nearby?
Absolutely! Our townhome community is perfectly positioned in a prime location to meet all your residential needs. Dash over to Kroger in under two minutes for delicious bites, or take a quick five-minute drive to Publix for your favorite baked goods!
Does the area have convenience stores and lunch spots?
Top off your tank just before work at the brand-new Circle K, conveniently located less than a mile from Viewpoint. And when hunger strikes at lunchtime, you’ll love having quick, delicious options like Teriyaki Madness, Playa Bowls, and Kettle Classic right around the corner!
